Deron R. Harrington is both an Attorney and CPA. He is a Partner in the Texas CPA firm of Harrington, Carbone & Allison, LLP and provides traditional, non-legal CPA services to the general public through that CPA firm. This firm is NOT a law firm.  

In this capacity, Mr. Harrington is NOT your lawyer, you would NOT be receiving any legal services, and any services are subject to the CPA firm's General Services Agreement.
